Coloma, California – (3 nights)
We’ll begin our adventure at the Mother Lode Center, at our riverside campsite by the South Fork of the American River. The American River originates high in the Sierra Nevadas and has three main forks; the South Fork is the friendliest and most welcoming.

Mammoth, California – (3 nights)
We’ll pull into our campground in Mammoth Lakes, and the surrounding majestic mountains and clear, blue skies will inspire you. It’s easy to understand why Mammoth, part of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, is a premier ski resort during the winter months.

Yosemite, California – (4 nights)
Located in the Sierra Nevadas, Yosemite National Park was one of the first wilderness parks in the United States. It is a glacier-weathered area of great beauty; its highest peak is Mt. Lyell which rises 13,114 ft. Though it is perhaps best known for its waterfalls, Yosemite is also one of the top rock-climbing destinations in the world.

Sequoia National Park, California – (3 nights)
Sequoia National Park has immense mountains and sweeping foothills, deep canyons and extensive caverns. It is also home to The General Sherman Tree, 272 ft high and 37 ft in diameter at its widest point. It is the largest and one of the oldest living things in the world; estimated to be more than 3,500 years old. For the next three nights, we will stay in this amazing Park.

San Bernardino National Forest, California – (3 nights)
As we pull into the San Bernardino National Forest, it’s hard not to notice the towering oaks. We’ll take an exciting jeep tour, cool off in the lake and experience an ecological hike through this amazing National Forest.

Newport Beach, California – (2 nights)
Daily sights in Newport Beach include stunning sunsets, sandy beaches and a harbor that is home to thousands of yachts. This seaside town sits on California’s famed Pacific Coast Highway.

San Diego, California – (4 nights)
San Diego will be our playground for the next 6 days. San Diego has rolling mountains, beautiful deserts, and seventy miles of coastline featuring some of the world's best beaches, and is also home to the San Diego Zoo.

San Diego, California (1 night)-
University of California at San Diego
We’ll enjoy our last night indoors, in the second biggest city in California, at the University of California at San Diego. We’ll take in a taste of college life, before our farewell final banquet.
