  • Accommodations: Lodges and hotels
  • Certificate recognizing 25 hours (14 Day) or 60 hours (25 Day) of service and listing projects accomplished is issued upon program completion
  • Everybody participates together in each project
  • INCLUDES all lodging, three meals daily, all activities, gratuities & taxes
  • Participants have the choice to earn 3 University credits by choosing the “Explorations in Service Learning” course option. The course connects our hands-on service experience with academic reflection. College credit is through the University of Southern Mississippi and is transferable to many colleges and Universities. There is a $550 fee for the credit option.
Community Service   Adventure
  • Sihlekisi Primary School
    • Meet the children of the Sihlekisi Primary School
    • Build shelves for books in the library
    • Paint the classrooms and outside structure of the building
    • Work in the garden planting fruit trees or a vegetable garden
  • St-Lucia Community
    • Play soccer and games, run arts and crafts activities and help these amazing kids practice their English, all while learning about each other’s cultures.
    • Work on projects to construct fences to protect the crèches and the surrounding land, build a playground or even start construction on a new crèche!
  • Simon's Town
    • Work with crèches, run programs at a library or participate in a building project.
    • Help teach the children English by singing songs and playing games

 
  • Visit the Apartheid Museum and take a tour of Soccer City - one of the stadiums from the FIFA World Cup
  • Safari in Kruger National Park to see the Big 5
  • Get up close and personal with an elephant
  • Whitewater rafting Sabie River
  • Views of unforgettable Cape Town from the top of Table Mountain
  • Swim in the Indian Ocean
  • Penguins at the Cape of Good Hope
  • Evening Game Drive in Hluhluwe-Umfolozi
  • Moholoholo Rehabilitation Center
  • Learn about issues facing African wildlife and the valuable work done at the center
