Where We Stay
MONTREAL (SOUTH SHORE), QUEBEC – (2 nights)
We’ll begin our adventure together by heading to Mont Sutton, where we will have a busy day of biking and hiking the beautiful mountain trails. Mont Sutton’s peak stands an impressive 3,175 feet tall.
TEWKESBURY, QUEBEC – (3 nights)
We’ll spend the next few days with our amazing guides at Excursions Jacques Cartier. The magnificent valley of the Jacques-Cartier is cut deep into the ancient bedrock of the Canadian Shield. The river, framed by forests of maple and birch, splits the spruce-covered plateau of the Laurentians.
QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC (2 nights - Dorms)
Laval University
It’s on to the province’s capital which lies on the Saint Lawrence River. Quebec City is the second-oldest existing European settlement in Canada, still easily witnessed by the cobble stone streets in “Vieux Quebec.” We’ll explore fortress-like Quebec City, the only walled city in North America and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and enjoy a taste of college life.
MONT TREMBLANT, QUEBEC – (3 nights)
Mt. Tremblant, a world class resort, is nestled in Quebec's beautiful Laurentian Mountains. After challenging ourselves on a ropes course and hiking up Mont Tremblant for spectacular views from the highest peak in the Laurentians, we'll cool off at the amazing Mt. St. Sauveur waterpark. We’ll be sure to take a stroll through the pedestrian village which is nestled between Lac Tremblant and Mt.Tremblant and is renowned for its European style eateries and unique boutiques.
LA VERENDRYE, QUEBEC – (2 nights)
La Verendrye Wildlife Reserve is one of the largest reserves in the province of Quebec, covering 13,615 square kilometers of contiguous land and lake area. We’ll take in all of its beauty on our 2-day guided canoe trip. With over 40 species of mammals living in the reserve we’ll hope to catch a glimpse of a moose, a white-tailed deer, a fox, a beaver, or one of the over 100 species of birds.
VAL-DAVID, QUEBEC – (3 nights)
The charming village of Val-David is located in the heart of the Laurentian region, and no matter what the season, is an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise. With more than 500 rock climbing routes, Val-David is known as the “birthplace of climbing” in Eastern Canada, and you’ll come to appreciate it as we climb for two days with expert guides.
ROUGE RIVER, QUEBEC – (2 nights)
On our 2-day white water kayaking expedition we’ll learn the basics before we discover the many delights of the most popular whitewater in Quebec, the Rouge River. We’ll also enjoy an overnight group bonding experience on H2O Island’s natural environment.
MONTREAL, QUEBEC –(2 nights - Dorms)

We’ll roll into exciting Montreal, where old and new seem to blend seamlessly together to reveal a city that is trendy and charming, and check in to our dorm accommodations at world renowned McGill University to enjoy a taste of college life. We’ll explore Montreal, the third largest French-speaking city in the world that plays host to 40 festivals and international events year round. |
