Peru Spanish Language Immersion
A Unique Combination of Spanish Language Immersion, Community Service and Adventure

$5,799

Plus airfare to and from Lima, Peru

  • Accommodations: Basic Hotels & Rustic Jungle Lodge
  • A certificate of completion recognizing language immersion participation and 70 hours of service and a list of projects accomplished is issued after the trip.
  • Everybody participates together in each community service project.
  • INCLUDES all lodging, 3 meals daily, all recreation, entertainment, gratuities & taxes.

This program requires an open mind and the desire to experience food and accommodations that are different from those you are accustomed to at home. Embrace these differences and you will be rewarded.

Group members must have completed at least 1 year of Spanish to participate in this program. For programs open to students with no previous Spanish, please see our Peru Community Service program or other itineraries in Costa Rica or Spain.

Community Service   Adventure and Touring Highlights
  • Entertain children at a local orphanage and assist in renovations
  • Bring cheer to seniors with a game of BINGO interaction and story telling

  • Learn how to make, dye and weave natural wool

  • Make adobe bricks and help build homes in a local community

  • Help preserve the Amazon Jungle

  • Volunteer in an Amazon wildlife rehabilitation center

  • Help maintain the floating islands of Uros by laying reeds

  • Experience the majestic Condors above Colca Canyon, one of the world’s deepest

  • Relax in the thermal Aguas Calientes Hot Springs

Language and Cultural Immersion
  • Speak Spanish 24/7 from the moment you arrive to the time you leave!
  • The program is run entirely in Spanish so you'll have the opportunity to practice your Spanish skills throughout the day.
  • Interact with local community leaders and gain an insight into their daily lives.
  • 360° staff as well as our local Peruvian guides are fluent in Spanish. Speaking with them will enhance your vocabulary and conversational Spanish skills.
